Over the past 3 years, DJ and producer Aubrey Fry has had an extraordinarily prolific rise through a series of releases on John Digweed’s seminal Bedrock imprint following the purplest of production patches during the Covid pandemic.
The highlight of which being The Loop – a true secret weapon for John that was used to close his sets across the globe for many weeks, while fans and DJs alike scrambled to the comments section on numerous tour videos to try and get an ID prior to it being named or even disclosed as a Bedrock release.
Since then, dance music titans Sasha, Nick Warren, and Laurent Garnier have all become new fans of the Welsh producer and were each lightning-quick to sign fresh tracks from Aubrey for their labels Last Night On Earth, The Sound Garden, and COD3QR respectively.
Other top-tier industry names who have been regularly playing his music include Carl Cox, Dave Clarke (who called The Loop “..a masterpiece.”, Hernán Cattáneo, Dave Seaman, Timo Maas, Anja Schneider, Anthony Pappa, Nick Muir, Marco Bailey, and James Zabiela.
With many years’ honing his talent prior to taking up production, and recent appearances alongside Dave Clarke, John Digweed, Eelke Kleijn, and Yulia Niko, his deeply eclectic track selection and dancefloor filling sets are sure to be winning legions of new fans.
